1. Nothing is automated in forex really as far as I know. There always is a dealer at the other end. What you are talking about is probably the platform. Some of the forex trading platforms (usually web based) are easy to use since you have everything neatly set up. Buying or selling is literally done with a click of the mouse.

system = what you're plan is, strategy, etc.

automated = mechanical, preprogrammed

so, it probably means that you're talking about some software designed to pick trades for you
