2. Traditional forex is spot market where you buy and sell directly or do the transaction directly with other people on the other side, while in options trading, you are buying or selling the security of any particular financial instruments such as stocks, indices, currencies or commodities. It is not the actual product itself but rather the future price of those products.

3. i will suggest you to read as many books as you can about these markets, and then try them. You can easily get a demo account now, so the best way to understand the differences is to trade on each one.
