Can you suggest me a trading platform (Forex, Metals) which does not pause between 21:00 - 22:20 Hrs GMT?

1. What time would that be in North America? Mine pauses for one hour between 16:00 and 17:00 CST.

If you're talking about the 5:00 pm EST settlement time, I believe that is universal here.

That is one of the most illiquid of times, so I'm curious why you're interested.

Liquidity is one of the mainstays of trading, without which we are an accident waiting to happen.
